Office 365 asks you to setup many records to use their service. These records can be setup in the Edit Zone Form or the Raw File Form.

Below is a screenshot of the records setup using the Edit Zone Form. The Raw File Form is similar.

Note that XXXXXXXX are values specific to you that are assigned by Microsoft.

Also note that the SPF TXT record above assumes that you are only sending email for your domain from Office 365.
